Dion Dawkins officiated Credit for Josh Allen’s success to Hailee Steinfeld
Josh Allen is playing out of his mind this year and has definitely positioned himself as a NFL MVP candidate. Another standout has been Allen, who has single-handedly taken the upstart Bills to an 11-3 point on the season.
Much of the credit for that must go to what Allen is doing on the field, but one of his teammates thinks he can thank his fiancée, actress Hailee Steinfeld for the rest.
The three-time Pro bowl starter of the bills, the offensive lineman Dion Dawkins was collecting his thoughts after a practice. In Dawkin’s perception, though he did not actively participate in the game the support that Steinfeld has been offering to Allen might be a big boost to him.
But during a media interview, Dawkins laughed and said, “Josh is having fun, and we’re having fun watching him.” “I don’t want to exaggerate, but I will tell you this, it’s so different when you have a strong woman beside you and when your head is in the right place.”
Dawkins perhaps has a valid view of life possibly rooted in the company’s condition of linking pleasure to productivity. To hear this coming from a 6’5, 320 pound offensive lineman that people consider to be a tough guy makes it all the more powerful.
That the fact that it is possible to have a good personal life and also play better basketball is not a very unrealistic concept. As someone who has a lot of interactions with Allen both in and out of the game, Dawkins can provide a lot of light into his teammate’s character.
